This is so cool! I really love this kind of creativity and the placement of objects where you don't expect them; those winged envelopes look like they are in perfect harmony with their surroundings. Lovely.
Wow Susanna. I though these were great pinned to the wall but you have taken them to a whole new level here. Creative, whimsical, humorous, surreal, and just plain cool!
:) Love this! They're really winging their way, carrying small whispers of love and delightful nothings. I love receiving letters in the post, I need to write some soon. And have them grow wings - how do you do it? xoxo
Hi Susanna, Can't let this go by with out a comment I love it too much, really conveys a dream like feeling to me as has much of your recent work. Thanks for showing this love Mary Cooper
This is an amazing image and so you. I love your winged envelopes what a wonderful idea.
How did you make them? I would love to see them in person...or winged envelope, as it were.
Hi Susanna, thanks for stopping by my blog. When I saw your images a song by Nina Simone came to mind, "Feeling Good". You should look for it on Itunes...I think you'll like it...
And Susanna Responds...Donna, Nina Simone is wonderful and I have watched her live performances on itunes. Feeling Good is one of my favourites. She was such a powerful performer, wasn't she? Her voice still is...

I love this idea. It reminds me a bit of Anselm Keifer's flying palettes. The art taking flight..the words going away from us. Just lovely.

Susanna!!!
These winged envelopes, how they have 'flown' out into the field!!
The envelopes are beautiful on their own, on the wall and make an amazing installation!

So cool! Love the installation feel of your flying envelopes out in the field...

It makes you dream of far away places, where only little envelopes can reach. Lovely!
