Another plaster of Paris experiment from Judy and Stephanie's Plaster Studio online course. This time, seashells found on the New Jersey shore are my subject matter. I thought they suited the sandy texture of the plaster. D'you know, there's a beach/park/peninsula in NJ called Sandy Hook where you can swim in the Atlantic Ocean and on a clear day see the skyline of New York in the distance? Close to the tip of the peninsula is a nude beach, too. Not that I've been there... I gotta muster up some courage along with some courageous friends!
PS: It's Constance's birthday this week. Happy Birthday, my friend!
