And here it is...the full, final version of the painting I started a couple weeks ago. As you can see, I added an image of a vintage postcard and applied a final white wash over the entire surface. Painting on plaster is still new to me and my inner critic piped up here and there but overall, it was an interesting process, cracking, etching, sanding, scraping, and painting onto the plaster surface. I'm fascinated with the cracked porcelain texture in particular.
